Do you ever wish you could grow your own produce at home without lifting a spade or getting your hands dirty at all? Or maybe you want to but simply don’t have the time to check if your plants need watering every day? In short, you’re looking for a way to grow food in your own home with less effort and time than normal gardening.
Luckily, technology is also catching up with home gardening in the form of the Nanofarm.
The Nanofarm is an appliance that grows produce for you. Yup, you read that right! It’s like a home gardening device for “dummies”. With just a single click, you’ll be harvesting produce like lettuce, basil, radishes, and leeks in a few weeks.
The Nanofarm looks like a simple box container where you put in a plant pad in a tray filled with water. The plant pad contains seeds and nutrients. All seeds are organic and the plants grow pesticide free. Simply click the start button and go back to your daily routine. In 3-6 weeks, the harvest light will come on which means you can harvest your produce all at once or as needed. When done, simply throw away the plant pads, put the tray in the dishwasher, and replace with a new plant pad.
Makers of the Nanofarm, Alex Weiss and Ruwan Subasinghe, created the produce-growing appliance specifically for people who don’t have the time nor the space to grow their own garden. The stackable, modular design allows you to stack more than one Nanofarm unit together in any space. The Nanofarm has already been tested, updated, and received excellent reviews.
Home gardening for dummies never looked so easy. The Nanofarm brings the future of organic farming into the comfort of your own home.
